About Us
The Kundu drum is known in many places around the world as a way to communicate important messages to communities with no means of communication using electronic devices such cell phones or the internet. We used this name for our publishing company because we know of many stories of people and events that haven’t hit the headlines from other publishing companies and we are using our company to tell others these stories.
We have just opened up our shop to help these hidden stories come to light and are please to offer our first published book. To order this book and others that come, please go to our Etsy shop located here:
We hope to add many future books to our site and trust that as we do, you will join us in giving honor to so many people to whom it is due by purchasing your copy of our books and telling your friends about us as well. When you do, you’ll be beating your own Kundu drum to tell these stories to others.
Many of our books will be stories of people and events mainly from the south Pacific area, including people and events from the country of Papua New Guinea where I lived with my family for 15 years. However, there are other stories of people and events from a variety of places around the world and our first book about the Christian Reformed Conference Grounds details the story of a place near and dear to me where my family camped for many years on the shores of Lake Michigan.
As you read this story and more stories soon to come, we trust they will inspire you to create your own stories of service to others.
